Library

The library is the learning hub of the College.  A comprehensive collection enhances the curriculum and provides recreational reading for students and staff.  Its 21st century use of technology for teaching and learning is also of significance.

All Year 7 students are given library orientation lessons at the beginning of the year in conjunction with subjects being studied, usually HSIE, and then have regular classes in the library throughout the year.  This is aimed at assisting their information gathering skills.

Students may borrow two non-fiction books for two weeks and two fiction books for three weeks.

The library is open to students before school and at recess and lunchtime and after school each day until 4.00 pm.
